Philip began his automotive career in 2017 at Greg’s Japanese Auto, starting in warehouse operations and quickly rising to service advisor, store manager, and eventually marketing director. With a strong background in digital marketing and operational leadership, he reduced marketing budgets by 20–30% while helping the company consistently hit its $1 million monthly profit goal.

Following the company’s acquisition in 2021, Philip managed a high-performing location known for teamwork and efficiency. By 2024, he transitioned to a local franchise of Midas Auto Repair shops, managing the Bonney Lake location and later providing operations support across multiple stores from Olympia to Factoria.

His experience spans leadership, marketing, operations, and multi-location management - giving him a holistic understanding of what makes an auto repair shop successful.
